Job Summary:
Living Legends Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to improve their movement and manage their pain. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Physical Therapy from a program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and be licensed to practice in New York State.

The estimated salary for this position is $50 per hour.

About the Role:
As a Physical Therapist at Living Legends Health, you will conduct physical and psychological assessments of clients to understand their physical condition and develop or follow a treatment plan. You will also participate in family care plan meetings and educate caregivers and family members of clients on patient care. Additionally, you will create personalized fitness-oriented healthcare programs for patients and administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain and improve mobility.

Responsibilities:
• Conducting physical and psychological assessments of clients
• Developing or following a treatment plan
• Participating in family care plan meetings
• Educating caregivers and family members of clients on patient care
• Creating personalized fitness-oriented healthcare programs for patients
• Administering medically prescribed physical therapy treatments

Requirements:
• Degree in Physical Therapy from a program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
• Current PT license in NYS required
• Must have knowledge, skills, and techniques of age-specific developmental factors and be able to evaluate patients
• Must have up-to-date knowledge for treatment practices and physical therapy programs
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Must be flexible, punctual, professional, and reliable
• Strong customer service skills and compassion
