About the Role

As a Medical Professional, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the overall health and well-being of youth in our care. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate medical records and inventory, including controlled substances;
  • Conducting medication administration and reviewing patient health conditions;
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans that meet individual needs;
  • Collaborating with the medical treatment team to ensure high-quality patient care;
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities;
  • Maintaining infection control standards and adhering to facility protocols.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $ 65,000-85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
