We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher/Bus-Person to join our team at The Market on Courthouse Square. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and sort used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas
- Operate and maintain industrial washing machines to ensure optimal performance
- Wash specific items by hand, including delicate china and wooden cutting boards
- Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment in a clean and organized manner
- Ensure adequate supplies of clean dishes, glasses, and utensils during peak hours
- Maintain cleaning supplies stock and report any technical issues with washing machines
- Remove garbage regularly and sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor
- Assist waitstaff with clearing tables upon guest departure
- Monday through Friday: 1PM-8PM
- Saturday and Sunday: 2PM-10PM
