We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Systems Analyst to work on-sight in support of a Federal Agency in Washington, DC.

The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced and diverse environment and will have a management team that encourages career development and growth.

In this role, you will gain many skills, such as critical thinking and problem-solving, the ability to communicate complicated problems in a concise manner, solve complex problems, and be part of a talented litigation support and eDiscovery technical team.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will provide professional services to support the customer in collecting, defining, and documenting the requirements that will drive the Discovery Program's project portfolio.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of general IT experience covering business analysis, systems analysis, software development, quality assurance, and/or project management.
  • Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SSBI and ability to obtain SCI clearance.
  • Knowledge of business analysis best practices as defined by the International Institute of Business Analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects of various sizes with rigid timeframes and policy constraints.
  • Demonstrated success at working collaboratively with stakeholders from a variety of professional disciplines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, and possess excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening, and reading), as well as excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated excellent computer skills in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working in a Federal Government environment.
