Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Speech Language Pathologist to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals. Your primary purpose will be to screen, evaluate, and treat patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders. You will work closely with caregivers, family members, and residents to develop individualized treatment plans that meet their unique needs.

  • Screen and evaluate residents to determine the need for speech, language, or swallowing therapy.
  • Establish and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluative results.
  • Provide education and training to caregivers, family members, and residents on communication strategies and techniques.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university and be licensed accordingly. Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
