Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities to determine their treatment needs
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to help patients achieve optimal physical function
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the organization
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Licensure in good standing
- Previous experience in long-term care preferred but not required
