Manufacturing Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
Morgan Truck Body LLC is seeking a skilled Production Technician to join their team. As a key member of the manufacturing department, this role involves building and assembling truck bodies, utilizing advanced manufacturing techniques and tools.
This position requires a strong understanding of blueprints, pneumatic tool operation, and quality control principles. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing environments and possess basic math skills, tape measurement abilities, and computer literacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret orders, specifications, and labels to ensure accurate production
- Cut wood or metals to precise sizes using saws and cutters
- Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, and fasteners
- Operate pneumatic tools and hand tools for assembly and maintenance tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing plant environment
- Basic math, tape measurement, and computer skills
- Strong reading and interpreting skills for blueprints
Compensation and Benefits:
