- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid CPR certification
- Negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- Negative drug screen and motor vehicle background screening
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
