Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Scientist to join our team at Bristol-Myers Squibb. As a Clinical Scientist, you will play a critical role in the design and execution of clinical trials and programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive scientific excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and present protocol documents, conduct literature reviews, and monitor clinical data to inform study design and execution.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to execute clinical trial activities and ensure timely completion of study milestones.
  • Lead or support trial-level activities, including study team meetings and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and present clinical documents, including protocol and ICF documents, and submit clinical contributions to clinical study reports and regulatory submissions.
  • Conduct literature reviews and submit clinical documents to the Trial Master File (TMF).
Requirements
  • Master's or Ph.D. in a life science field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in clinical science, clinical research, or equivalent.
  • Proficient knowledge of GCP/ICH, drug development process, study design, statistics, and clinical operations.
  • Ability to understand assigned protocol(s) and their requirements.
  • Basic knowledge skills to support program-specific data review and trend identification.
