Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships to create lifelong clientele.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to assist customers in vehicle selection by asking insightful questions and actively listening to their feedback.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills to establish yourself as a vehicle expert, familiar with product offerings, optional packages, and cutting-edge technologies.
  • Conduct professional demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage referral business.
  • Develop skills to effectively address objections and excel in sales scenarios.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding sales objectives, planned activities, and performance evaluations.
  • Bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to the team every day.
