About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager to join our Franchise Development team. This role will be responsible for managing multiple remodel construction projects, leading the Pipeline Management team, and partnering with cross-functional departments to execute the overall development strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage remodel projects, tracking progress and providing timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Develop and coordinate tracking and reporting processes for remodel projects.
  • Own relationships with key vendors and partners, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Lead the Pipeline Management team, coaching and managing team members to ensure successful project execution.
  • Identify and communicate key issues and barriers to stakeholders.
  • Prepare bi-weekly status reports for cross-functional and senior management updates.
Requirements
  • Detailed knowledge of supporting technology, including budgeting, estimating, and scheduling.
  • Strong relationship and influencing skills.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheets, and Power BI.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5-7 years' experience in project or portfolio management.
  • Technical proficiency in AIS/Tango, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Restaurant or retail experience preferred.
