About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a key member of our team, you will provide virtual speech and language therapy services to K-12 students across Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans to address their goals.
  • Deliver interactive virtual therapy sessions using innovative teletherapy platforms and resources tailored for remote therapy.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support each student's educational progress and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Evaluate and document student progress regularly, adjusting plans as needed to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • An active Texas SLP license is mandatory, along with certification through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
  • A current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders; virtual therapy experience is a plus.

Compensation Details

The estimated salary range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000 per year, based on your level of experience and qualifications. Your compensation package will include regular performance evaluations and opportunities for growth within the company.
