Job Title: Senior Java Application Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Java Application Specialist to join our team at BCforward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Applications: You will design and develop scalable and efficient applications using Java technologies.
  • Collaborate with Teams: You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
  • Troubleshoot and Debug: You will troubleshoot and debug application issues, and stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Code Reviews and Feedback: You will perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of the codebase.

Requirements:

  • Java Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Java development is required.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Intermediate proficiency in Java is required. Recommended skills include JavaScript, Java Persistence API (JPA), Hibernate ORM, Java EE Development, and Oracle SQL.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $40.00/HR. to $42.85/HR., depending on location, experience, and job responsibilities. In addition to the salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
