BCforward is seeking an Experienced Java Software Engineer to join our team as a Senior Java Application Developer. This is a 4-month contract position with the potential for extension or conversion to full-time employment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java, J2EE, MVC, Oracle SQL, Spring Hibernate, and JUnit. A strong background in Unit testing/JUnit/Assembly testing and Integration testing is required. Additionally, they should have hands-on experience with WebLogic app server including, webservices and batch/interface.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative solutions to enhance application functionality, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, performing code reviews, and troubleshooting application issues. They will be expected to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and actively participate in team discussions, providing constructive feedback. Estimated Salary: $40-$42/hour.
