We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at ProHealth Care. As a key member of our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), you will provide exceptional patient care to critically ill neonates and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide advanced nursing care to high-risk neonates, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to the education of nursing staff, residents, and students.
- Maintain credentials with procedural privileges and participate in research activities within the NICU.
- Provide procedural support to the ED for newborn/infant code blue.
- Master's degree in Nursing required.
- Current BLS and NRP certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
