Location: Pineville, NC

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Analyst I to provide outstanding technical assistance to our internal teams. In this role, you will be tasked with delivering high-quality support, managing IT documentation, and overseeing Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) systems. If you possess a solid background in help desk operations, IT documentation, and RMM tools, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Help Desk Operations

  • Act as an escalation point for Level 1 support personnel.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues through various communication channels.

Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM)

  • Set up, configure, and sustain RMM systems to oversee client networks, servers, and workstations.
  • Monitor system alerts and proactively resolve potential issues to maintain system integrity and reduce downtime.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including patch management, software installations, and system upgrades.
  • Create and maintain scripts and automation processes to enhance RMM functionalities.
  • Support special projects and tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with IT Glue or similar documentation platforms is advantageous.
  • Proficient in deploying and managing RMM tools, such as ConnectWise Automate, Kaseya, or GoToAssist.
  • Understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN, along with troubleshooting skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient technical writing skills.
  • Ability to learn and apply various IT disciplines, including servers, networking, firewalls, RMM solutions, SQL scripting, and reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel locally as required.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 2 years of experience in help desk support and technical troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with MS Azure and Microsoft 365 is preferred.
