Your Role: As a Fleet Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting preventative maintenance, repairs, and various routine tasks necessary to maintain the company’s fleet of trucks and trailers. Key responsibilities include:
  • Performing routine tasks based on the designated garage area, which may involve washing, fueling, bulkhead repairs, and tire mounting.
  • Providing breakdown assistance to drivers and team members as required.
  • Documenting all work completed accurately.
  • Keeping the workshop area clean, safe, and professional.
  • Utilizing lean methodologies to minimize waste in all aspects of the role.
Role Specifics:
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week, may include weekends.
  • Work environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings in various weather conditions.
  • Position requires extensive standing and/or walking on concrete surfaces.
We Need You To Have:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Mechanical experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to obtain a Class A CDL within 6 months of hire.
We'd Like You To Have:
  • Previous experience as a mechanic or completion of technical school training.
  • Valid Class A CDL.
  • A strong desire to be a collaborative team member in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
