Michael T. Gibson, a dedicated personal injury law firm, is seeking a Bilingual/Spanish Pre-Litigation Case Coordinator to join our Pre-Litigation Department. The responsibilities of this role encompass, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an independent self-starter, effectively managing a caseload from the initial stage through to the demand stage.
  • Maintain an organized case list with follow-ups at 30, 60, and 90 days.
  • Prepare files for demand weekly, adhering to quota requirements.
  • Assist clients with various issues related to their cases, including loss wages and mileage reimbursements, while keeping them informed on case progress.
  • Request and obtain medical records from all relevant healthcare providers.
  • Gather all necessary insurance policies, including PIP and BI.
  • Compile files with all investigation follow-ups.
  • Schedule recorded statements, EUOs, and global mediations.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.
  • Exhibit exceptional organizational, writing, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Ensure confidentiality of client information in accordance with firm policies.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to take direction.
  • Showcase excellent phone, typing, verbal, and written skills.
  • Effectively manage pressure, interruptions, and multiple projects with shifting priorities and deadlines.

Work Environment: This position allows for flexibility, with the ability to work both in-office and remotely.
