Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing nursing care for patients, adhering to standards of nursing practice, and managing supplies and equipment under the direction of the charge nurse.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver patient-centered care to patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the registered nurse
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment
- Completion of a state-approved practical nursing program
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
