  • Develop and implement strategies to improve food service quality, safety, and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of healthcare food service experience or two to three years of food service management experience.
  • Ability to staff and schedule per budgeted FTE's.
  • Ability to motivate, train, coach, and evaluate personnel.
  • Ability to give written and oral instructions clearly and concisely.
  • ServSafe Certificate or California Food Handlers Card.
