Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Financial Analyst within our Sales Finance team, you will:

  • Analyze and deliver actionable insights regarding sales and booking performance, including budget comparisons and detailed revenue analysis.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely production of sales reporting for weekly updates, monthly closures, and quarterly budget assessments.
  • Act as a Business Partner for the Sales team in the development of budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly variance evaluations.
  • Engage in discussions with key stakeholders in Finance and Sales to present findings and data.
  • Complete special projects and conduct ad hoc analyses as required.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly presentations for Sales Operations and Board Meetings.
  • Develop new metrics and dashboards to enhance business performance and intelligence.
Qualifications

About You:

Basic Qualifications:
  • A degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales Finance, Operations Finance, or FP&A modeling.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while keeping supervisors informed.
  • Comfortable working with large data sets; experience with Power BI and Power Pivot is advantageous.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable and open to change, with the ability to make decisions in uncertain situations.
  • Capable of building harmonious working relationships and collaborating effectively within a professional team environment.
