Job Summary

Dennison Lubricants Inc. is seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our lubricant products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily quality control of lubricant production batches
  • Participate in R&D projects, including the development of new product formulations and product preparation
  • Prepare small to medium scale formulation batches of various lubricant products
  • Collaborate with scientists on R&D projects, including batching samples, evaluating samples, and documenting results
  • Provide technical services and reporting
  • Perform instrument calibration and verification
  • Assist the lab chemist with organizing flavor shelves, restocking materials, and cleaning equipment
  • Maintain records of formulas, specifications, and sensory results
  • Accommodate the chemist and production department with shipping out samples to clients
  • Monitor inventory and supplies in the lab
Requirements
  • BS in Chemical Engineering
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Desire to learn about production and manufacturing operations
