We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy, a leading outpatient orthopedic physical therapy company with facilities across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.
Salary:$92,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience

About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with various musculoskeletal conditions, developing and implementing effective treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
As a Physical Therapist at JAG, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from pediatric to geriatric populations, and develop your skills in areas such as manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough initial evaluations, reassessments, and progress reports to inform treatment plans
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient-centered goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide education and training to patients and their families on injury prevention, disease management, and healthy lifestyle habits
- Maintain accurate records of patient care data, including billing and productivity metrics
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or MPT)
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
- Valid CPR certification
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other software systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
