We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Walgreens. As a Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the efficient operation of our pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical services to patients, including medication therapy management and disease state management.
- Ensure the accurate dispensing of medications, including compounding and verification.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest pharmacy practices, laws, and regulations.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to optimize workflow and improve patient outcomes.
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
- Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
- Experience performing prescription dispensing activities that demonstrate a strong working knowledge of applicable state and federal controlled substance laws.
- Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
