Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead School Psychologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a K-12 caseload and working closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create positive learning environments.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution. You must also have active North Carolina State School Psychologist License or eligibility for licensure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to determine students' academic, behavioral, emotional, and social strengths and needs
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to improve students' academic and social-emotional functioning
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create positive learning environments and support student success
  • Provide crisis intervention and counseling services to students as needed
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 per year, paid weekly (W-2), medical, vision, and dental benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
  • Active North Carolina State School Psychologist License or eligibility for licensure
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices for assessment, intervention, and consultation in schools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
