We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Leader PCLM to join our team at Grant Medical Center. As a Clinical Leader, you will play a key role in providing leadership and coordinating the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of programs, services, processes, and systems within the responsible area.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and coordination of clinical programs and services
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources and financial performance
- Meet productivity standards and maintain a high level of patient satisfaction
- Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a related field
- BLS/ACLS certification
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience
This is a full-time evening shift position on the Med Surg Ortho Unit 1 at Grant Medical Center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced environment.
