Job Description

Our client, a leading General Contractor in North County San Diego, is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join their team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and supporting the Marketing / Business Development Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Develop new social content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, including creating engaging posts, stories, and reels.
  • Project Site Visits: Visit project sites on a weekly basis to capture content and stay up-to-date on company projects.
  • Blog Writing: Write and publish 2-3 blog posts per month, showcasing company expertise and thought leadership.
  • Marketing Project Management: Complete assigned tasks, including project team and contact management, building project profile sheets, collecting information for case studies, and updating team resumes.
  • Photography and Editing: Take headshots for new team members and make small edits/updates on the website using WordPress.
Requirements:
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, extensive social media experience, knowledge of Canva, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Other Skills: Creative writing, social media campaigns and analytics, organized, collaborative, positive attitude, event coordination, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
