- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Previous experience working with elderly or disabled individuals, preferably in an assisted living or dementia care setting
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Knowledge of dementia care principles and practices, including person-centered care and behavior management
