Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced X-Ray Technologist to join our team at Fast Pace Health. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will provide clinical and administrative support to our healthcare team, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support to healthcare providers, including preparing exam and treatment rooms, triaging patients, and assisting with lab testing and phlebotomy.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as checking in patients, verifying insurance eligibility, and relaying payment policies and billing information.
  • Work as part of a dynamic team to provide exceptional patient care and service, maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Perform federal and non-federal DOT, BAT, and Drug Screen exams, as well as other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a current CPR license and/or at least 1 year of experience as a certified MA, EMT, or Paramedic in a clinic setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
