This includes managing electronic loan transmittals, reconciliation, and reporting requirements. The manager will work closely with IT programming staff to develop system processes, implement algorithmic awarding and disbursement of Federal and State Aid, and perform quarterly testing on upgrades and modifications to the financial aid systems. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and related experience, with a strong understanding of Ellucian Banner Financial Aid and Evisions Argos reporting system. Experience in collaborating with programmers and direct financial aid experience are also highly desirable. The successful candidate will be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, faculty, staff, and the general public. The advertised salary range is $37,860 (minimum) to $53,957 (midpoint).
