Job Title: Retail Customer Service Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Associate to join our team at FedEx Office. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert advice on our products and services, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, including printing, signs and graphics, and shipping.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets, identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and support each other in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 6+ months of specialized experience in retail or customer service.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
