Housekeeping Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Specialist to join our team at Gold's Gym. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our gym facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our members.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the gym, including equipment, floors, and restrooms.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any potential safety hazards or areas of concern.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working order and properly stored.
• Restock supplies and materials as needed, including towels, soap, and other essentials.
• Empty trash and recyclables in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring the gym remains free of odors and pests.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry standards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
