Job Summary

The Nursing Assistant will provide resident-centered care, assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for providing psychosocial support, documenting resident interactions, and communicating with the care team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide psychosocial support and emotional comfort to residents
  • Document resident interactions and outcomes
  • Communicate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Collect non-invasive body fluid specimens and gather vital signs
  • Provide housekeeping and laundry services to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment
Requirements
  • High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
  • Minimum age of 16
  • Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing
  • Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing
