Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Mechanic. In this role, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and making emergency repairs on our lanes, pinspotters/pinsetters, and other building equipment. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn and grow, then this is an excellent opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Mechanic, your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing preventative maintenance on our lanes, pinspotters/pinsetters, and other building equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Making emergency repairs when necessary to minimize downtime and ensure our guests have an enjoyable experience.
• Abiding by and maintaining all safety procedures as required by Bowlero Corp and OSHA to ensure a safe working environment.
• Keeping center equipment maintained and in proper working order to ensure our facilities are clean and well-maintained.
• Completing the Bowlero Corp C-Mechanic training program within the prescribed timeframe to develop your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma with a focus on algebra, geometry, and/or applied mathematics (optional).
• Solid communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and guests.
• Strong team player skills to work collaboratively with our team.

Work Environment

We are a fast-paced entertainment company that offers a dynamic work environment. As an Entry-Level Mechanic, you can expect to work in a typical entertainment center environment where you will be on your feet for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.

Salary

The salary for this role is $15-$16 per hour, paid weekly. We offer a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs, with opportunities for overtime.

Shifts

We are open for business seven days a week, with shifts available in the evenings and at night. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
