About Four Seasons:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Engineering/Facilities to join our team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Napa Valley.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing engineering and maintenance teams, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. They will be responsible for overseeing all engineering operations, including plumbing, refrigeration, heating/cooling, painting, carpentry, structural, recycling, electrical, ground care, and parking areas.

The Director of Engineering/Facilities will also be responsible for managing energy and green initiative systems, as well as other engineering work necessary to maintain the property in an efficient condition. They will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

About the Role:
