Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage ranging from $11 to $15, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exemplary customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up regularly to enhance client engagement.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and customer check-in/check-out processes.
  • Handle all retail transactions efficiently.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure the store is well-stocked.
  • Offer knowledgeable advice to customers regarding their pets' needs.
  • Address customer inquiries, special requests, and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in store opening and closing procedures.
  • Decorate and maintain display areas to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, particularly regarding safety and security.
  • Support loss prevention efforts to protect company assets.

  • Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications:
