- Provide exemplary customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up regularly to enhance client engagement.
- Manage appointment scheduling and customer check-in/check-out processes.
- Handle all retail transactions efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure the store is well-stocked.
- Offer knowledgeable advice to customers regarding their pets' needs.

Qualifications:
