The Customer Outcomes GTM team is seeking a Solutions Architect to play a pivotal role in navigating intricate strategic agreements and engaging with executive leadership in the design of solutions for extensive enterprise workflows, including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Hire to Retire, and Record to Report.


This position involves collaborating with Services Account Executives to facilitate high-level discussions and promote the platform's existing and upcoming capabilities.


Close collaboration with the assigned Solution Consultant, along with Enterprise Architecture and Inspire teams when applicable, is essential to ensure that the account and implementation strategies align with a unified vision.


Additionally, this role will engage with ServiceNow's executive leadership to identify and contribute to innovative opportunities within the market and the platform.


The Services Sales Architect will also take part in industry-specific solution development across various sectors such as Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Technology.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Provide technical and strategic thought leadership to clients in collaboration with Services Account Executives, guiding them on optimal utilization of ServiceNow Technologies.


2. Cultivate deep, personal relationships with clients, establishing yourself as a 'trusted advisor'.


3. Collaborate with Services Account Executives and software sales teams to develop mutually beneficial commercial relationships for our clients and partner ecosystem.


4. Engage with the strategy office and industry vertical teams to contribute to innovation and future capabilities.


5. Participate in significant Services and Licensing pursuits.


6. Integrate with the Delivery community to understand how the Expert Services team operates in delivering high-quality and effective solutions for our customers.


7. Create customer-facing deliverables, including service proposals and Statements of Work, to assist customers in achieving successful business outcomes.


8. Lead the implementation strategy discussions with customers to ensure widespread product adoption and stimulate further demand for the ServiceNow platform.
