Position Overview:

Primary Duties:
  • Assist clients with personal grooming, including bathing, dental hygiene, and skincare.
  • Support clients with bathroom needs and mobility assistance.
  • Prepare and serve meals as needed.
  • Guide clients through prescribed physical activities and the use of mobility devices.
  • Provide transportation, run errands, and accompany clients as necessary.
  • Document and communicate any changes in clients' health status.
  • Uphold confidentiality and comply with privacy regulations.
  • Foster positive interactions with clients and their families.
  • Perform incidental household tasks when required.
Qualifications:
  • Completion of a personal care training program or orientation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred certification as a Nursing Assistant.
Skills and Attributes:
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Flexibility and organizational skills.
  • Good judgment and effective time management.

Work Setting:
In this role, you will be working within the home environment of the individual. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, walking, and occasional bending or kneeling.

Exhibit professional judgment and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Travel Requirements:
You will be required to travel to designated residences of individuals receiving support.
