Palliative Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Palliative Registered Nurse to join our team at Agape Care Group. As a Palliative Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients and create personalized care plans
  • Ensure quality care while maintaining open communication with patients, families, and the care team
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
  • At least 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting, with hospice experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation and ability to lift at least 25 lbs
