Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Subcontractor Management: Manage and coordinate subcontractor activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements and company standards.
  • Schedule Development and Tracking: Create and manage project schedules, tracking progress and identifying potential delays or issues.
  • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost control.
  • Safety and Quality: Develop and implement safety and quality programs, ensuring a safe working environment and high-quality project delivery.
  • Communication and Coordination: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 15+ years of experience in mission-critical construction, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
  • Education: Post-high school education or equivalent in the construction field.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading and supervising project teams.
  • Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of BIM and/or CAD, current building codes, and MS Project scheduling software.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the construction market and ability to analyze market trends.
