About the Role

Brightli is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Operations Coordinator to support our Healthcare Homes program. This role involves coordinating daily tasks, tracking client activity, and providing technical assistance to our team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide general clerical support to the HCH Director and Team as needed
  • Assist in distributing and coordinating reports to the HCH Team, Community Support Specialists (CSS), and community providers
  • Serve as a Cyber Access Practice Administrator responsible for maintaining user accounts and monitoring agency usage
  • Provide technical assistance to the HCH Team and CSS's on use of Care Manager and Cyber Access
  • Assist with tracking required client screenings and reporting measures
  • Attend state required meetings and trainings
  • Maintain a monthly log of HCH activities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect and fingerprint check
  • Current driver's license, acceptable driving record and current auto insurance
  • Physical Requirements: Sedentary work involving sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods

Benefits

  • Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
