Associate Director of Career Connections

The Associate Director of Career Connections is a key member of the Career Connections team, responsible for implementing programs and services to support students in making successful transitions after Landmark College. This role requires a strong understanding of career development and a passion for working with students with learning differences.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Career Connections student services, including the Employment Readiness Program.
• Supervise Career Connections counselors and career advisors.
• Identify student needs and provide guidance on career planning, employment, graduate schools, and scholarships.
• Partner with academic programs and majors to cultivate career stories and successes.
• Contribute to assessment activities related to career development programming.
• Manage data on employer relations activities and assess the effectiveness of employer relations efforts.
• Develop and implement career readiness experiences and opportunities for students graduating with an AA or BA degree.
• Advise students on career literacy and readiness, graduate school, and transfer college options.
• Foster relationships with other colleges that are transfer options for Landmark students.
• Coordinate career-related events and workshops.
• Develop resources for students, faculty, and staff on career literacy, transfer processes, and graduate school admissions.
