Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Worker/Cashier to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring the highest quality food and beverage service.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and facilities.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a food service or customer-facing role is an asset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register accurately.
