Role Summary:

We are on the lookout for passionate and results-oriented Sales Professionals to become integral members of our sales team. The Sales Professional will be essential in guiding customers through their vehicle purchasing journey, ensuring their needs and preferences are met with the highest level of care and attention. This role is full-time and commission-based, focusing on creating a positive and fulfilling experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers warmly and assist them in identifying their vehicle requirements, preferences, and budget considerations.
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options, aiding customers in making informed choices.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and perform vehicle walkarounds to connect them with the ideal vehicle.
  • Facilitate test drives for customers, accompanying them and offering insights into vehicle performance and handling.
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process, including price negotiations, paperwork completion, and financing arrangements.
  • Follow up with customers post-visit to address any further inquiries and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM tools for customer engagement, making daily calls and contacts to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent communication and exceptional service.
  • Stay updated on new vehicle models, features, and technologies, participating in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Collaborate with other dealership departments, including finance, service, and parts, to ensure smooth operations and outstanding customer experiences.
  • Enhance dealership reputation by accepting ownership of new and diverse requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Encourage customers to complete the manufacturer-provided customer satisfaction survey following their transaction.
  • Solicit online reviews through various review platforms.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the sales manager.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Prior experience in automotive sales or retail sales is advantageous but not mandatory; we are open to training the right candidate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance, complemented by a friendly and approachable personality.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in using computerized systems and software, including CRM and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
