Key Responsibilities

Patient Consultation: Offer tailored medication consultations to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns. Provide education on medication usage, potential side effects, and adherence strategies.

Collaboration with Healthcare Providers: Partner with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Communicate effectively with physicians to clarify prescription details and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications
  • Valid Pharmacist license in the state of Wisconsin.
