Health Carousel - Travel Allied is seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Technician to join their team for a travel assignment in a medical facility.
Key Responsibilities- Perform electrophysiology procedures and tests to diagnose and treat cardiovascular conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient patient care.
- Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including electrocardiogram machines and defibrillators.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in consultation with physicians and other healthcare specialists.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on cardiovascular health and disease management.
- Current certification as an Electrophysiology Technician.
- Experience working in a medical facility, preferably in a travel or temporary assignment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to lift and move patients, as well as stand for long periods of time.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
