You will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, focusing on the physical maintenance of the community.

Key Skills and Certifications Required:

  • Prior experience in property maintenance, hospitality, or general construction/home repair
  • Necessary certifications: CFC Type 2 and CPO
  • Expertise in appliance repair, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and HVAC systems
  • Familiarity with property management software such as Onesite

Additional Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
  • Capability to prioritize tasks, perform accurate repairs, and document requests effectively
  • Timely response to emergencies and execution of maintenance duties
