We are seeking a highly skilled Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at Seminole Gaming. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of beverage staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Service Standards: Implement and maintain high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness in all beverage outlets.
- Inventory and Control: Manage inventory, control costs, and maintain accurate records of beverage sales and inventory.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for beverage staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word; excellent communication and leadership skills.
The department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Management expects that you must be able to work any shift. You may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors, including second-hand smoke and excessive noise. Prolonged periods of standing and walking are required.
