About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Operation Specialist to join our team at Radiant Enterprises. As an IAM Operation Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and team members in exciting IAM environments and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and resolve complex IAM-related requests in 3rd-level support, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and implement tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of various customer systems, including their respective framework conditions.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on IAM best practices and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Independently monitor IAM systems, troubleshoot issues, and work with the team and clients to resolve errors and implement solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field from a reputable university.
  • Strong foundation in relational databases, SQL, network protocols, and web services.
  • Proficiency in One Identity Manager tools and authorization management, including Azure, Active Directory, LDAP, MS Exchange, UNIX/LINUX, and SAP.
  • Programming skills in C#, VB, and/or other object-oriented languages.
  • Excellent service-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
