Radiant Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled IAM Operation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our security operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our identity and access management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 3rd-level support for IAM-related issues, working closely with our clients to resolve complex problems
  • Develop and implement customer-specific requirements, collaborating with our team to deliver tailored solutions
  • Manage multiple customer systems, adhering to specific framework conditions and ensuring seamless integration
  • Advise clients on business requirements, working closely with our team to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Independently handle monitoring activities, collaborating with our team and clients to resolve errors and implement solutions
What We're Looking For
  • A degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, network protocols, and web services
  • Experience with One Identity Manager tools and authorization management, including Azure, Active Directory, LDAP, MS Exchange, UNIX/LINUX, and SAP
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB, and other object-oriented languages
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
